Just went in, they were kind of busy. Waited our turn. Once it got to us we told the gentleman what we were in for. He did not have his pad, I asked him if we could get this going. He went and got his pad. Then asked another customer what they were in for started helping her while unloading boxes. Just left us sitting there. I’m not happy! It was rude, and horrible customer service. There is only one gentleman that I absolutely love! Pullman store is horrible so we always go to Moscow. This was not ok to do!

I hope I don't get a fake response from AT&T because their employees deserve to truly get recognition for how great they are. Ab, the store manager, was incredible. I've been putting off getting a new phone because the thought of dealing with AT&T was too much. This poor guy was by himself all day Sunday, and every time we stopped in there was a huge line. He was totally calm, kind and personable with each person. Unheard of!Fast forward to me and my husband's place in line and this guy goes ABOVE AND BEYOND helping us choose new phones, setting them up, being super patient and I found myself laughing and... enjoying the process of a new phone at AT&T on a... SUNDAY??? That's right! I never thought I'd say that, let alone take the time to write a review.I hope Ab is recognized for his awesome service.Also, AT&T, you can't schedule a visit to our local store- you can only schedule as close as Spokane.Thanks, Ab. You are amazing!

A story about Kirk:Phase 1) I show up to this store at about 3:30pm on the snowiest day of year and I meet Kirk, who tells me I’ll need photo ID to replace my SD card. This is reasonable, though it had been stolen a day or two before I arrived at Kirk’s workplace.Phase 2: I come back with my ID and Kirk spends like 45 minutes getting my new phone set up (it was a gnarly swap—I felt bad for the guy).Phase 3: A young lady in pink sweatpants arrives at the AT&T store fussing—shouting even—and demanding to know where a previous customer went. Kirk (like a hero from the days of yore) did not lose his cool. She curses out everyone in the store and runs off (literally runs).Phase 4) Kirk spends AN HOUR AND A HALF trying to fix my phone. He no longer simply resembles a hero, but truly becomes one. During this time the previous customer was found laying in blood soaked snow outside and the pink woman came in and cursed ME out for not helping her (still confused about that).Phase 4) They load him into a truck and drive off. Kirk spends like 30 minutes more working on my phone—a legend, am I right—before we (with Jordan’s help) all decided to call it a night.Phase 5) The phone started working like 20 minutes after I left the store. Was in the store to attend to phone service 8/23/2023. Attendants were polite and prompt and gave a tidy solution for my problem. Kirk and his immediate supervisor, whose name I'm forgetting, were both friendly and helpful.

I had a mediocre experience when I first came in because I wasn’t greeted or directed where to wait. Usually not a big deal, but since the store’s layout doesn’t have a central counter but tables lined along the walls, I was a little lost.However, once a worker by the name of Abdias came from the back room and helped me, my experience was completely different. Abdias was a very clear communicator and knowledgeable about how to resolve my account issue. Very thankful for him.

While I hate how AT&T has moved many services to online not allowing the staff to help anymore the staff is always as helpful and courteous as they always have been. It it not their fault AT&T has limited their ability to provide full customer service. This lack of service has the most impact on those that are not tech savvy like the elderly

Kirk was extremely helpful in getting me a SIM card for a bricked iPhone. While the process itself was tedious, he was helpful, friendly, and was fully confident while we found a solution. I spent about an hour in the store, and he was able to juggle myself, a kid setting up a new phone, and a couple other customers coming in with various questions without ever making me feel forgotten or just waiting. Kirk knew what he was talking about, helpfully led me through the process, and was patient when things weren't working right or steps had to be repeated because my phone was being a weird fringe case.

Kirk at the Moscow mall location, obviously cares about the needs of his community's ability to communicate with each other. He helped my family with account issues when no one else could and showed us that our account was compromised and fixed it. He is worth every dollar that he is paid, and is an example of the Palouse being a wonderful neighborhood to live in.

Great staff. They greet everyone that walks through the door and tells them how many are ahead of you. They've got multitasking down to an art and are quick to get things done.

Huge shoutout to Kirk! Went in a few days ago to transfer from another service provider. I was in to sign up for a new cell plan and trade-in my old phone for a new one. An easy job was made astoundingly and unnecessarily hard from my old service provider's end, and Kirk went above and beyond to help me for hours a few days in a row. I'm more than happy with AT&T now and very satisfied with Kirk's very helpful and friendly service. Thank you, Kirk! You rock!

I came to the store looking to add a line. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, concise and very transparent about the cost. The phone came to my door in two days and was very easy to set up. Great store with great staff!

I’ll be honest - I was a little uneasy when I saw some of the low ranked reviews, but WOW. The team at Moscow AT&T are some of the absolute nicest people I have ever met!!! I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and all of the sales associates seemed relaxed despite how busy it was. You might have to wait for a little bit but hey, you wouldn’t appreciate being rushed along either. Plus they’re so knowledgeable, and were able to resolve the issue with my phone quickly! I even got a cute case because one of the associates, Sam, was able to get me such a good deal! 10/10 would recommend and I’ll definitely be back!
