“My truck's check engine light kept turning on. We ran the codes and it said it was the MAP sensor so we replaced that ourselves. The engine light came back on and was saying it was the MAP Sensor again, we took it to a shop in California (on a road trip) and they said it was because it wasn't name brand. They replaced the MAP sensor with a name-brand one and a few weeks later the light came back on... throwing the same code. We took it to Moscow Auto and they said the same thing and replaced the MAP Sensor. A few days later the engine light came back on. We called him and he quickly took the vehicle back into his shop and spent 2 days figuring out the problem. He said it was free of charge. Highly recommend Moscow Auto. They take the time to figure out what's wrong and you can tell they love the work they do. It doesn't feel like they are trying to gouge you for money, an honest business!”

“The job was done well. I particularly appreciate that the correct for the car air pressure was put in the tires. Another place just puts 50 PSI in everything. But with an appointment, I feel it should have taken considerably less than 1.5 hours to mount two tires.”

“Recently needed an alternator replaced. Palouse Country Auto Care was very responsive when other places were not so much. They installed a quality alternator and I thanked them for changing the belt that drives the alternator too, since that may have contributed to the failure of the replaced alternator. Cost was reasonable and communication and keeping their word were greatly appreciated!”

“I went in for an oil change and found out I needed a new battery and a radiator flush as well. The customer service was fast and efficient which was actually surprising and delightful. And sure enough my battery went dead a couple of days later I called them back and spoke to Eric and he referred to his manager Canan who suggested 3 different shops in the area and even offered to install the battery if no one else would but thankfully I was able to call Autozone who did it all from phone to installation in the back of my apartment in less than an hour!!!! Thanks guys! The whole town is a network of referrals which is just awesome! ?”

“They have great & genuine customer service, quick, effective repairs, and are honest and reputable. Can't beat. I'll share my experiences with them below.I have worked with them several times between 2 different vehicles and several unique and different issues. They are honest. They have, more than once, told me they did not find anything wrong with a car instead of trying to swindle me into repairs I didn't need. Another local shop suggested almost 1000 dollars of work, to which I could verify myself that the vehicle did not need. The Hive didn't, and this is very appreciated. They are knowledgeable. I had a complicated problem and two other shops looked at it, and all had different opinions. The Hive was the only one who correctly diagnosed it and repaired it. It's too bad that I didn't bring it there first, because I paid a pretty penny to a different shop for something unneeded, and they didn't even drive it after the repair to see if the problem persisted (The Hive does). They are also reputable and easy to work with. After having a repair done with them, I had a small alignment error (steering wheel slightly off-center), and they fixed it quickly, on my time, without argument, and without fees. I had another shop that tried every excuse I could think of to get out of fixing something they did wrong.I believe this shop to very unique for their honesty and honor, and I have every intent to work with them going forward for my time in town. Thank you guys, its one of a kind. I hope they don't change.”

“Eber really helped me out— ABS module went out and part was on back order from manufacturer. They helped me find a quality part from another source. Parked my truck for like 2 weeks at their place while we waited for it to come in. They had it installed immediately upon the part getting in, and everything seems to be working great! Also, they’re just friendly dudes when you walk in, very helpful. I’ll definitely be using them if I need a mechanic in the future.”
