I asked around and was referred to Imported Car Services. I called and made an appointment with Carl, who was knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended I bring my car in for a bumper to bumper inspection, and that he’d let me know what, if anything, needed repair or maintenance done.
I brought my car in and reported my concerns about it to Marie, at the front desk, also knowledgeable and friendly. The next day, I received a call that my car was in good repair and ready for pickup. The coolant was full, and clean. The rear differential was fine.
When I arrived to pick up my car, Marie went over the findings, one item at a time, and I’ll just say this shop follows a detailed process to make sure they have looked at Everything.
The paperwork provided me was at least as detailed as taking my car to the dealer ~ which often costs way too much.
I learned many things from ICS, including (one example) that my break pads are wearing uneven ~ with the most wear on the inner part of the pads, and that they’ll likely need to be replaced next spring…
I felt a palpable sigh of relief learning that my car is just fine. And the total cost of the service: $177.
I’m a fan!! Having found a place that brings traditional work ethic, honesty, knowledge, and great customer service to the table, this is now my go-to place for each of my cars.

Al, Bill, Raymond and the rest of the team I may have briefly encountered were understanding of my situation of attempting to get a nice vehicle for my Son and how it involved family approval, whereas it would not have if it were my choice. Thankfully I will only have to worry about any sort of family approval for less than a year now as my kids will be over 18.
