5 people working and we still waited well over 5 mins to get checked out. 3 people stocking ( one manager) and we still just stood there waiting. Why a second till couldn't be opened is well beyond me.

I love some of these products!! this place is certainly hard to get use yo because of all the diffrent smells, and it definitely gave me a headache the first couple of times I came here but it was worth it. you do find ur own little theme in these kinds of stores but with Bath and Body Works, they have so much new stuff, you just kind of have to visit more often and try everything. the customer service is pretty good. I'd say an 8/10 just because alot if the time They seem to huvor over me but that could be because I'm young. Overall, women typically bomb this place lol.

Very friendly staff, didn't feel like they hovered over me lol ? the store was very clean and very well stocked. I try not to blow my money there all the time because of their buy 3 get 3 deals! Easy to navigate a small stroller in. (I only have one kid so do what you will with that info) Not to compact they also have a tester sink. One of my favorite stores.

I went here for black Friday. I do not shop at this place normally but figured I'd get some shopping done here this year. My card was declined 3 times at the counter, per the register clerk. On my side it just said was unable to process. This clerk insisted I use a different card, so I used my debit card. I've had nothing but trouble with the 3 transactions trying to post for payment. No way am I going to pay for this. The register person said it was denied 3 times. When I spoke to the manager, she said they had slow system and said to contact the number on the receipt. When I contacted the number on the receipt, I provided the bar number for the transaction that went through but transferred me to another section that was the rudest person. She basically said that without proof of receipts that I would get charged for all 3 transactions!!! What an awful way to treat an honest person that pays their bills by working. I even asked her if I heard her right... I could not believe this way of customer service. Though the people in the store and others I spoke to prior to this person where respectful, just topped off that I will not be shopping at this chain again. Nothing but a headache and a place that has no integrity in how they get their money. I'm still disputing this...

Love this place..and the customer service today 3/1/22 around 430pm was excellent. She recommended scents she thought I would like, after asking what general scents I do like. And she was so great at helping every person in the store. Customer service like this just doesn't exist anymore and she really went the extra mile.
