Point S wanted to charge me double then other shops to get my rear brakes done. Almost $600 more. When showing them what other places quoted me, they said they couldn’t match it, so I ended up going to Les Schwab where it was $600 cheaper.

Another shop said the screw in my tire couldn't be removed and I need a new tire. So I came to Gills since that is where I bought them. They put it up on the lift, removed the screw, fixed the tire and didn't charge for the time. I'll be back!

I've never had a bad experience with getting tires rotated or new ones installed. Their warranty is just as good as Les Schwab.

After a horrific nightmare situation at another shop, I brought my car to the Moscow Point S guys. They absolutely took care of me and set my mind at ease with the car issues I was having. They were all so kind, didn't talk down to me and took the time to educate me on what was really wrong with my car. I will never take my car anywhere else. These guys were amazing!!!!!

Overall service was just okay. When I picked up my car, it was parked in the back, which wouldnt have been a big deal but my front window was open and the car was obviously not locked.

They got my car in same day with no appointment. Got my tires mounted and balance and were $100 cheaper than I was quoted at another shop. Very friendly and helpful.
