Cactus Computer and Internet offers great customer service. A friendly woman on the phone helps with Internet issues. They send a person over the next day, who is kind and professional, fixing the problem in 15 minutes. Customers feel part of the family, receiving helpful, patient, insightful support for business and home Internet needs. The staff is helpful and offers a good selection of cables that can't find in stores.
Sweetest lady who runs Cactus computer. She has excellent customer service. I only use the service for Netflix so I haven’t tried their higher speed options. Couldn’t recommend a better company.

Great customer service! Was having some issues with the Internet included in my rent but when I called, the woman on the phone was very friendly. They sent Frank over to my apartment the next day and he was very kind and professional and had it fixed in 15 minutes.
