My fiance and I absolutely loved this little gem in downtown Moscow. We are first-time visitors from pretty far away - he currently lives in Guatemala City and I live in Greenville, SC. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and we got to meet many of them since we were holed up there for the better part of a Friday, working remotely. With the recent release of Taylor Swift's new album, they had posted 10 or so TSwift-themed drinks, which was fun even though I'm not an intense fan. The Lavender Haze was possibly the best chai latte I've ever had, and I'll be thinking about that one for a long time! I also really really enjoyed Bad Blood, which is a latte with honey, cayenne, and cinnamon. The veggie burritos were really good, too - good sized, not too huge but stuffed full of goodies, just as they should be! We were informed that all of their food was made fresh in-house. The scones looked incredible but I didn't take the opportunity to try them. If I ever find myself back in the neighborhood I will revisit this place again and again!Vegetarian options: Veggie burrito (tried and really liked) and veggie quiche (looked great but did not try it)Dietary restrictions: Veggie options for sure, I think vegan and GF too, but I'm not certainParking: Our experience with parking was there was plenty of street parking within a few blocks of the place

I went here in 6 months ago and it was great. We had guests in town and took them here because we loved it but this time it was dissapointing. We all got large lattes but they tasted like warmish milk; maybe there was only 1 shot of espresso in them? Or none? I got a special flavor, but the raspberry was congealing with the milk, so they graciously remade a latte but it just wasn't tasty. The baristas were all very nice, we were just bummed the lattes were lackluster and we didn't like the pastries. We also were surprised that they moved all the kid toys to a back small room... we couldn't all go back there and it was small and dirty. We had gone to this place because we remembered the kids could play while the adults talked. We ended up just heading out to walk around. Maybe it was just a tricky day to visit? We spent $46 and tip, about $13 a person after tip. It was full of other people, so it's a popular place.

It's a nice cafe in the center of Moscow. It's clearly an LGBTQ+ inclusive space, which offers a nice haven within this town. They have a nice selection of puzzles to choose from and plenty of seating. The only thing that bothered me was when I visited, there was a vagrant man who was very unwashed, asleep in a chair in the hallway leading to the bathrooms. As someone with a very sensitive nose, it was very unpleasant to have to walk past him twice to use the toilet. While I support giving shelter to the homeless, it would have been nice if I wasn't forced to smell him like that. Anyway, this cafe is a great spot and I recommend it to all inclusive people.

I've loved this little local shop for about a decade now! In college it was a great space to go study/work. Now I love stopping by their walk-up window when I have both my dog and toddler. But one super neat thing they recently added is a little room in the back for kids/toddlers to play. Love that they saw a need and made a kid/parent friendly space! The baristas are always friendly/kind too

A Moscow fav this quaint cafe offers a variety of delightful sweet confections as well as some savory fare. The cappuccino was delicious according to my seasoned friend who explained to me how they drink and how to experience a proper capp.Dietary restrictions: Many of the confections are made without egg.Kid-friendliness: Kid area with games and book!

To preface, I have experienced coffee from all over the US and Europe, and I'm lucky enough to have worked in coffee in multiple states now. I love good quality coffee and I love even more that I have been fortunate enough to work in the industry. So with that said, now that I live in the eastern US and can't visit as often as I'd like, I MISS Café Artista! I still have Kamiak shipped all the way out to West Virginia just so I can have something even remotely as good as the coffee I had at Café Artista. When I managed a local coffee shop here in WV, I went out of my way to train the baristas how to pull espresso exactly like they do at Café Artista--with the same amount of care and precision. I told everyone I've worked with about Café Artista just to reassure them that there are places that care about the employee as much as the customer.I make sure to come back to Café Artista every chance I get because it's truly the best you can find. They know what they're doing and they love what they do.I would highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone in search of a place with good coffee that also cares greatly for the community they serve. No one should take this place for granted!Dietary restrictions: Great vegan and gluten free options!

Wanna snag a cup of Joe and chill in an INCLUSIVE environment? This is the place for you! Great staff, awesome vibes, delicious quiche, and tasty drinks! I highly recommend a stop here. One of my favorite things about this cafe is the availability of items in the restroom; diapers, condoms, feminine hygiene, and more are offered for those who need it. One of my favorite stops on my vacation.Vegetarian options: The veggie quiche is phenomenal!
