Don’t trust the employees when they say something is on sale. You will get home to see you spent twice as much as you thought. Their BOGO sales are super specific and they don’t know the details themselves unfortunately. I went back in and there was absolutely no help and the manager didn’t even show their face. Super disappointing experience but I was debating if I ever wanted to shop here again because everything is pretty junky anyways and breaks after one use. Don’t really recommend the place if you are looking for a good deal or item.

Store seems understaffed, always closing for breaks and never open on time. I understand this isn't the employees but probably corporate.

I went to get my nose pierced here, she used a piercing gun got it stuck in my nose and proceeded to try to pierce FIVE more times leaving the piercing hole damaged. it’s been a few months and I still have a keloid it’s in the wrong place there’s a scar above the piercing hole bc of the damage and they still made me pay 80$ DO NOT GET A PIERCING HERE !!! extremely unprofessionally she even told me I could switch the jewelry out in a week when you’re not supposed to do that and even went to answer a phone call while my nose was bleeding and the gem fell out. I also ended up shaking nearly passing out and needing a glass of water bc of the pain literally a traumatizing experience.

We just waited at the register for 8 minutes while the cashier was on the phone. We were the only people in the store. At first I thought she was taking a phone order or something, but then she said “can you just text me about it in the morning?” and I realized it was a personal call! Not once did she acknowledge us or even make eye contact. I stepped a little closer to the register at one point and she turned away from me and kept talking on the phone. After another minute we put our stuff back and left. I’ll take my business elsewhere if Claire’s doesn’t want my money.

Employee named Alyssa ignored us and didn't acknowledge our presence. Seemed like she was on drugs honestly. Wont be ever coming back here again.

we live in colfax and don't have a lot of time. we drove to moscow to get my daughter a nose ring because she lost hers last night. the website states that claires is open from 11-7 pm. we got here at 1:30 and the store is all locked up with a sign that says be back at 2:15. We don't have time to wait. also a 45 minute break at the least is a lot. my daughter got her nose pierced here and it was great. but not being open when you're supposed to open should not fly in with the managers and the claires franchise.

Aubrey and Alissa were incredible when my son got his ears pierced. He’s wanted them pierced for years, but has an intense fear of needles. He basically had a panic attack in the chair and the two of them could not have been sweeter, kinder or more professional. Because of their patience and kindness he eventually got them pierced after about an hour—they’re amazing!

Alyssa has done 9 of my piercings and she is by far the best piercer I have ever met. She was extremely friendly and very patient with me! By far the best place to get pierced!!
