They told me $600 over the phone, I hesitantly agreed. Then I called them back and he said they were able to get the parts cheaper and it would be $350! I was very happy and we even had a brief conversation where I restated the price and said about $300 is more like what I was hoping to pay. Then I get to the office the next day and it's $580, I reminded them of the conversation we had and they just argued with me saying I was wrong. I paid and left respectfully

The ignition switch in my 2003 Jeep Wrangler was in bad shape and was replaced and rekeyed within a couple of hours! I am so happy to have my Jeep back the same day and impressed with the friendly, professional service!

Great service, friendly support. Took my car in and they did tons of tests until they were able to figure out the issue, and only charged me for actual service work time. Will come back here if I need to.

First time taking my vehicle there. Charged me a hours worth of work for a “simple fix” that was easily diagnosed. I asked if it was a simple fix, what took up the rest of the hour? No answer was given and I was handed the receipt. Grease was left on the handles of my car. This feels like a money grab. I will not be returning.

Electrical Specialists: Where Your Work Fleet Gets Fixed… and Accidentally Advertised
Electrical Specialists in Moscow don’t just fix vehicles, they make them look good doing it. Our work fleet goes in for repairs, and before we know it, they’ve parked them front and center like giant rolling billboards. Free marketing? Yes please. I keep waiting for them to start charging us for “premium display space,” but so far, so good.
The real magic happens at the counter. Bob runs the show there, and let me just say… he’s great. And not “great” in the polite, I’m-saying-this-because-I-have-to way. He’s actually great. More importantly, he’s not weird, which is a refreshing change from certain service managers you meet elsewhere who look at you like you just interrupted their plan to retire in 1987. Bob listens, remembers who you are, and actually seems to like helping people.
When you walk in, you get the sense that this is a shop you could comfortably send your friends and family to without adding a disclaimer like, “Well… they’re honest, but brace yourself.” It’s competent service without the side order of awkward.
Bottom line: Electrical Specialists keeps our fleet running, our marketing fresh, and our sanity intact. They’re proof that you can get quality vehicle service in Moscow without feeling like you stumbled into an episode of Unsolved Mysteries.

First time taking a vehicle to this shop - the fellow at the counter quoted me an hour of labor to diagnose and fix the issue, and promised they wouldn't exceed that cost without approval. When he called back, they had fixed the issue (a loose wire) and did not charge me at all. Completely unexpected and very gracious of them to do that. Earned my future business for sure.

My alternator went out. After three jumps, I had one hope, to get it to their parking lot that Sunday night. I did! They fixed it the very next day. Great service as always!!

Excellent service fixed my rig in minutes a problem that had been going on for years highly recommend. Beware on icy mornings though very icy spot by key drop I did a ten point landing. Next day appointment very affordable excellent customer service

We have been in several times the last few years with several different vehicles, all different issues. They have always been so quick, their estimates are always accurate and they have finished either early or on time with all our vehicles. I really cannot say enough positive things about our experiences! We will be life long customers and will refer to them any chance we can.

These guys are nothing short of exemplary in terms of customer service and professionalism. I prefer to do my own work on my vehicles, but on this occasion, I was stumped and had to let a professional take the reins. I haven't even gotten the truck back yet but the experience I've had so far has won me over and I won't have any reservations about bringing a vehicle back to the Electrical Specialists or recommending them to anyone and everyone I know.

I literally drive 4 hours to take my car to these guys. My husband has their cell number and it is a bad deal for them. They always find the problem. They always find the part, even when other people have told us the part doesn't exist. They are prompt, friendly, reasonable and I trust them with the lives and cars of my entire family. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else in Moscow. I still go there and I moved.

Every time there's been an issue that the mechanics can't seem to figure out, the Electrical Specialists were able to figure it out. Great scheduling, low wait times, friendly service, overall highly recommend!
