“I loved NIAC and was inconsistent with membership because I wasn't sure if my work hours would change, as they did frequently. Now that they have leveled up to open 24 hours, I have committed to a 9 month membership! Game changer! With it open 24 hours, people the gym traffic is more spread out, which means more machine availability. They have an EAP for emergencies in case an emergency occurs when staff are unavailable. They have cameras that make me feel safe when working out late at night! I am crossing my fingers they extend their class schedule later. Dreaming of a 8 or 9 pm Yoga or pilates class.”

“Mission Strength is awesome! I highly recommend the coaches at Mission Strength to help you on your journey to health and well being. I’ve been a life-long exerciser, including 10 years of yoga, but the functional fitness, especially the whole-body weightlifting, changed my body faster than anything else ever has. In two months, the belly fat, which somehow appeared on my body the last couple of years, melted away! Although I mostly worked with Meg, all the coaches are wonderful. If you’re unsure if functional fitness is for you, try the free intro consultation with Pat. And, if you get to have Meg as your coach, be sure to look at her eyes as they are the most beautiful color in the world ?!”

“So excited to start using this gym! My husband and I went in to check out the place and see what a day pass/ membership would cost. The staff (Paige) was working the front desk and was an absolute delight to talk to you. They helped answer all the questions we had and gave a nice run down of what we can expect for the membership. The process was so easy to get things set up and the atmosphere was very welcoming! The gym was clean and easy to navigate, along with having Ac running on a hot summer day. Their equipment looks clean and taken care of. Can’t wait to keep going and use the services. Over all first impression was 5 starts.”
