“Huckleberries - five star! Huckleberries is my favorite organic food store in town. They are very expensive, but they are worth it. My favorites include their organic chocolate selection, organic granola for my oatmeal, and organic half and half for my organic coffee that's also sold in the same store. I'll start with their chocolate selection - the prices for their chocolate are usually $2.50 a bar, sometimes they go on sale and go down to $2 a bar which are not bad prices for organic chocolate. Next up they have an extensive bulk food selection involving various rice, beans, sweets, coffees, and teas. They have a very good price on there organic coffee - I believe it is $8 a pound. The teas are amazing - the teas include market spice varieties such as black tea with lemon, green tea, blueberry hibiscus, my other favorites that I'm sure those reading my review would enjoy. Now, I have to admit their juice is very expensive - however you can buy organic vegetables and fruits and Juice at home with a machine and save lots of money. I buy my soaps and shampoo at this store - believe me that oatmeal soap is amazing stuff:-) If you go down there to buy organic cocoa mix instead do what I do and mix coconut sugar with organic cocoa powder - that will help you save lots of money. Their oatmeal is cheaper than what you can buy on Amazon or online anywhere. There are organic soups are inexpensive and are a good choice to stock the pantry with. The best part about the food section is that they always have these quirky little Foods, so you can always try something new. Huckleberries is inside of Rosauers to the right, however it's under the ceiling that painted purple - that will be obvious when you enter the store so no worries. The employees are incredibly helpful and can help you find what you need for a certain recipe or idea that you have. They have a pretty good knowledge of their own product unlike most workers do. The store is well-lit, well organized, and surprisingly clean. Co-op is cheaper when it comes to some items, how remember that if you go there you will have to deal with the crowd and the noise. That's why I like huckleberries - most of their products are decent, well priced, and best of all it's quiet and professional giving you the ability to maneuver around the store without problems. Thank you to the huckleberries staff who go out of their way to make this an amazing place to shop. I highly recommend this store and insist a 5-star rating from my perspective.”
