“Coming from Pullman for some random irrigation parts during the lunch hour. Was asked by the first employee I saw if they could help me find something - I showed them what I was needing to replace and they took me right to the spot I needed. Although they didn’t have the exact piece I needed, he offered to order it from the warehouse for next day delivery! Other trips in the evening after work it’s been hit or miss finding someone to help find something but lucked out this trip!”
