This backup plan worked nicely because they got back to me quickly, what a surprise!Also, Kuespert found me a possible future home insurance policy for $622 per year. It beat the policy price of the mortgage lender by $338 per year. Pays to shop when items on the Loan Estimate say you can. The money i just saved on a 30 year mortgage is $10,140 dollars, ya baby!!Pays to check your own insurance company ya just never know and you have every thing to gain and nothing to lose.”
