“I just recently moved to the area--literally August 1st--and about ten days after living in Moscow I experienced my one and only car accident with the only car I've ever owned for the past 15 years. I called Elissa right from my totaled vehicle when I had been able to pull over safely to the shoulder. Elissa was so kind, patience, and transparent in helping me through the process of filing the claim, making sure I received my compensation speedily, encouraged me to use my insurance support to be able to go to urgent care and make sure I hadn't suffered any worse bodily injuries. I was able to sit with her in the office while we filed everything together, which made me feel in control in ways that unsurprisingly a car accident can make you feel out of control. This backup plan worked nicely because they got back to me quickly, what a surprise!Also, Kuespert found me a possible future home insurance policy for $622 per year. It beat the policy price of the mortgage lender by $338 per year. Pays to shop when items on the Loan Estimate say you can. The money i just saved on a 30 year mortgage is $10,140 dollars, ya baby!!Pays to check your own insurance company ya just never know and you have every thing to gain and nothing to lose.”
