“Arrived about 12:30 pm 4/22/26 with a watch with a broken band. Counter lady greeted me immediately and asked me what kind off help I needed, I showed her my broken watch band. She said, “I’ll be back in a minute “ and reappeared 30 seconds later with another young lady who looked at my watch, opened a dearer and took out a few special tools. She reshaped and repaired the damaged links and had it back together in 2 minutes and gave it back to me. I asked her how much I owed, she said no charge. I was beyond impressed watching her as she is a real talent, highly skilled and very competent mechanical abilities. I left a 5 on the counter, they wouldn’t take it but I left it there against their wishes. Stellar service and performance. Talented employee’s. I’ll be back!”
