Went to get my front end alignment and they broke my coolant outlet and expected to get paid and me to tow it away. So I wouldn't take my car to Moscow if you want it back the way you brought it.

We bought two front tires in July with a 45,000 warranty. In December we had a rear flat fixed and ordered studded tires. It took a few days less than a month to get the studded tires in. In January, they put the studs on and disposed of our front tires that had 12,000 miles on them, along with the back tires that we were planning on replacing in the spring. They charged us for the disposal. When I went in to ask why they disposed of the front tires they told me there was no notes but most likely an alignment issue. So I asked the young lady helping me, why tires that were still under warranty were disposed of, why we didn’t have a credit or anything, and I was shocked that they charged us to dispose of two tires under warranty without any notes or explanation as to why. So, we go in to get our studs taken off and are handed a safety check. Our alignment is great. The car only has 34,000 miles on it in total. We had been waiting months to hear back from their manager regarding the tires tossed while under warranty, with them telling us the problem was most likely the car… Always being told he will call us, they even told us at one point we should have reached out sooner. Like the other attempts never happened. I go in today and asked directly to speak with the manager and am told he is unavailable. I say, may I schedule an appointment with him. That is also not an option. After waiting months for a call that obviously wasn’t happening I asked for all the invoices for that car and warranties. I look, and they charged to dispose of the stuffed tires they just removed that are in my drive way! I point that out, and pretty much wasn’t going to leave until the manager helped me. In the end, after months, they gave me 50% credit for the tires that they tossed under warranty because they couldn’t say why they were bad. I’ll take what I can get at this point. Never once did a manager help me. I could hear him in his office, but never once did he come out.
Always ask for your invoice, and if you had tires changed due to the season and keep your other tires make sure they didn’t charge you to dispose of the tires in your back seat. I have used them for 20 years. Sad to go somewhere else, but I also don’t have money to burn for no reason.

Wheels ALWAYS come out scratched up when I would go in. They do not care about taking care of your rims. Tires are extremely overpriced. It always gets worse too, when Les Schwab was the only place I was going to get tire service, there was no one else to blame.
I'm thankful I now live near a Costco with a tire center.

A young lady quoted me $230 on phone, so I made the appointment. When I get to the store, the young lady changed to $330. Same materials was quoted. Since I had been waiting for this appointment for 3 weeks and my car couldn’t wait any longer, so I let her to rip me off. The staff of this location is very dishonest!

I went in for a simple nail repair I waited about 4-5hrs. When he dismounted my tire to patch the nail, he was trying to do it so fast he dismount it incorrectly ended up ripping my side wall then blamed it on the nail he tried to tell me that it was the rim sitting on the tire that caused the rip. My tire was never flat just had a nail! In the 5hrs I waited my psi was still 35.. My tires were new bought in November. He Tried to get me to buy a new tire full price, I said it wasn't like that when I got here he said yea the bead is torn i can't use the old tire best I can do is 5$ discount(he said take off recycling fee) my manager won't let me do any else. it was awkward silence.. I left with a spare and got a tire at Costco in Lewiston. Tire guy there said they probably did it intentionally or by accident but foresure there fault. Would not recommend this to be an honest shop.

They lost my hub cap during a tire rotation. They said they would replace it. So no big deal accidents happen. I have came in on multiple occasions and they reopen the issue everytime. It's now more then 6 months later. They also like to make me feel werid or bad for asking??? Now my car has 3 hub caps and it gets me mad everytime I see it. I just want my hub cap back.

Super friendly store. I live in Moscow and this crew is top shelf. Highly recommend this store. Much better than the Pullman Les Schwab. I doubt I will try to use the Pullman store again.

I went to get my tire changed and they cut the leather on my steering wheeling in the process. There was no reason for that to occur and no one did anything to fix it. My brand new car had more damage leaving there than going in.

Put a directional tire on backwards. Wouldn't like give me a small discount for inconvenience if having to bring it back in and miss out on work temporarily. The manager was arguing with me whether or not it mattered that it was on backwards. I pulled over because I could tell it wasn't driving right, he says it doesn't matter if a directional tire is facing the wrong way, and that I wouldn't be able to notice. Well I definitely noticed and it definitely matters so I question the knowledge of everyone in less Schwab when the manager doesn't even know.

You can scroll and find similar reviews to this. I am not sure how many people look at reviews before finding a place to fix a flat when in the moment of trying to deal with that sort of situation, so not sure this will help anyone. But I will repeat similar to what others have said. Les Schwab seems to have either a time estimation problem or a communication problem or both perhaps? I took my rig there because that is where we got the tires. It was 2:45pm and they said it would be about 1.5 - 2 hrs before they could get to me. I live out of town rurally (definitely can't just walk across town to get home and dont have an alternative rig as my husband is out of town with it), so not much I could do but wait. I get that sometimes things can take a bit longer than expected, definitely have worked at places myself where people have a hard time estimating timeframes (which can definitely be stressful for those actually doing the work, but maybe not the case here, no way for me to know). When 5:30pm rolled around and my car had yet to move, I grew concerned, knowing they close at 6pm. After they tracked info down on my rig, they said it would likely be another 45 mins before they could get to it, that even though they close at 6pm, they stay until the job is done. Commendable I guess, but it was almost 6:30pm and my rig still hadn't moved. I would have much preferred more realistic communication on the timeframe so maybe I could have tried to figure something else out rather than spend over 4 hours at this place. Plus side is, I wasn't charged like some other people said they were. Still feel like I paid with my time though.Update based on reply: Thank you for the response, but I actually asked about the snow tire queue when I first arrived because I would need to try and figure out a way home (out of town) if it could not get done that evening (so yea, something I was willing to accept knowing it is busy time of year). The gentleman at the front desk informed me that stuff like my situation - flat tire - was separate from the snow tire queue. He followed by giving me that initial 1.5 - 2 hr timeline for when they could get to it. In fact I was pleasantly surprised. So the issue remains the same. Getting a better handle on time and task management as well as more reliable communication of it would go a long way for folks. Or at the very least having some sort of system in place to update people that what was communicated is no longer accurate, rather then having people left hanging. (Can always error on the side of estimating longer than you think it might take rather than over promising.) I know this is crazy time of year, but an over four hour wait on a 2 hour estimate with no other communication throughout (except for when I inquired - which also wasn't encouraging because it took the guy awhile to even figure out what the situation was) was a bit rough.
