I went to get my tire changed and they cut the leather on my steering wheeling in the process. There was no reason for that to occur and no one did anything to fix it. My brand new car had more damage leaving there than going in.

Put a directional tire on backwards. Wouldn't like give me a small discount for inconvenience if having to bring it back in and miss out on work temporarily. The manager was arguing with me whether or not it mattered that it was on backwards. I pulled over because I could tell it wasn't driving right, he says it doesn't matter if a directional tire is facing the wrong way, and that I wouldn't be able to notice. Well I definitely noticed and it definitely matters so I question the knowledge of everyone in less Schwab when the manager doesn't even know.

You can scroll and find similar reviews to this. I am not sure how many people look at reviews before finding a place to fix a flat when in the moment of trying to deal with that sort of situation, so not sure this will help anyone. But I will repeat similar to what others have said. Les Schwab seems to have either a time estimation problem or a communication problem or both perhaps? I took my rig there because that is where we got the tires. It was 2:45pm and they said it would be about 1.5 - 2 hrs before they could get to me. I live out of town rurally (definitely can't just walk across town to get home and dont have an alternative rig as my husband is out of town with it), so not much I could do but wait. I get that sometimes things can take a bit longer than expected, definitely have worked at places myself where people have a hard time estimating timeframes (which can definitely be stressful for those actually doing the work, but maybe not the case here, no way for me to know). When 5:30pm rolled around and my car had yet to move, I grew concerned, knowing they close at 6pm. After they tracked info down on my rig, they said it would likely be another 45 mins before they could get to it, that even though they close at 6pm, they stay until the job is done. Commendable I guess, but it was almost 6:30pm and my rig still hadn't moved. I would have much preferred more realistic communication on the timeframe so maybe I could have tried to figure something else out rather than spend over 4 hours at this place. Plus side is, I wasn't charged like some other people said they were. Still feel like I paid with my time though.Update based on reply: Thank you for the response, but I actually asked about the snow tire queue when I first arrived because I would need to try and figure out a way home (out of town) if it could not get done that evening (so yea, something I was willing to accept knowing it is busy time of year). The gentleman at the front desk informed me that stuff like my situation - flat tire - was separate from the snow tire queue. He followed by giving me that initial 1.5 - 2 hr timeline for when they could get to it. In fact I was pleasantly surprised. So the issue remains the same. Getting a better handle on time and task management as well as more reliable communication of it would go a long way for folks. Or at the very least having some sort of system in place to update people that what was communicated is no longer accurate, rather then having people left hanging. (Can always error on the side of estimating longer than you think it might take rather than over promising.) I know this is crazy time of year, but an over four hour wait on a 2 hour estimate with no other communication throughout (except for when I inquired - which also wasn't encouraging because it took the guy awhile to even figure out what the situation was) was a bit rough.

Good customer service. Very accomodating. If you get there early enough in the day, you'll have no problems with getting your vehicle fixed without an appointment.

We had a flat on our motor home yesterday later in the day at Potlatch. A young man named Connor showed up to put a new tire on for us. What a nice young man. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you Connor for making a stressful situation smooth and professional

It was 5 pm on a Friday, my poor husband was not feeling well, and our vehicle had a screw lodged in the tire that needed immediate attention. I sent my son in cringing, knowing they would be less than eager to see someone arrive for assistance so late in the day. Instead they very cheerfully fixed the tire and sent my son home with a receipt that said, “complimentary flat tire repair”. I have no idea if this is normal procedure or who is in charge here, but I am very thankful for this kind, helping hand in a time of need. 100% recommend this local business based on our experience tonight.

Got there just after closing because I just found out the valve stem on my tire broke (it would go fully flat within a minute if I took the cap off). The employees still checked in my car in to get worked on the next day.My work schedule would not have made it possible to get it checked in the next day. It was a huge help for me, and I appreciate how the staff went out of their way to make the entire experience easier.

Friendly and quick service if you hit it at the right time. They definitely do things right but also overdone. I'm not sure if they do more than needed because they are trying to cover their backs but their quotes are pretty extreme for easy fixes. A little too expensive for us but if you never want to worry about your vehicle this is definitely the place. They will go beyond what they need to do to make sure your car won't fail.

Absolutely Garbage location! Brought my vehicle in for a FRONT tire re balance and a FRONT flat repair. I asked them to just peak at the pads while the tires were off......... They rotated the tires, and pulled the REAR brake drums off also. While doing this they broke the rear brake pads and some hardware for the brakes.......... They stuffed it back in the drum and bolted the tire back on and tried to call it good....... They said I couldn't drive it now..... 2 days later, I had to have my vehicle towed to a repair shop and Les Schwab won't pay for the repair. All I wanted was 2 front tires balanced and a flat fixed..... No one authorized these other inspections or repairs.Go somewhere else. You've been warned

The one in pullman is better because they give you more options after the process is done for changes. Moscow les schuab wanted to charge me like $700 for new front breaks when pullman would definitely give me options on what I could do without getting change for the moment

Fantastic group. My wife and I were in our way to our 23rd wedding anniversary and had a sudden loss of tire pressure just a mile from this shop. They were incredibly busy but found a way to get us back on the road in nearly no time at all-Wonderful people- saved our anniversary getaway.

Took my car to them for a tire rotation and told them there was a funny sound out of the passenger front side. The guy came in and said that he couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Took it somewhere else and they came out and said that the struts were bad. I don’t know if they should have caught that or not, but I have had very bad experiences here and the prices have skyrocketed. I got a bid for tires here for a car that was 1,600 and got the same tires at another place for 800.

In January I went into Les Schwab‘s Moscow to have my studded snow tires rotated. On March 9, 2023. I had my car towed to the dealership in Pullman. I had no idea what was wrong but from the terrible sound it was making I did not dare drive it. The tow cost me $540, dealership did not have any loaner cars available at the time so the car rental cost me $1071. The dealership for parts and labor charged $1286.57. Report from the dealership was “took off hubcap and found three broken wheel studs and two cross threaded. Based off wheel, hub, bearing and lug nut hole condition recommend replacing set of wheels and left front wheel bearing.”I was going to just let it go and not hassle about it. Fortunately it happened to me and not someone who this expense would’ve been a tremendous hardship for, I can afford it. A friend advised me I should at least let Les Schwab know what was done. Called Les Schwab’s Moscow and spoke with the manager Jake and told him what happened. He said he would investigate it and get back to me, later he called and said he had reviewed the tape and it showed that they had done the tire rotation correctly. Is that insinuating that I must’ve had another tire rotation done by someone else and now I’m trying to blame Les Schwab’s for it? My last tire rotation was done by Les Schwab’s in Moscow, all my tire rotations are done by Les Schwab’s in Moscow. The damage done to my left front wheel during the tire rotation was done by Les Schwab’s in Moscow.
