“Recently visited our sons at WSU and one announced on Friday night that he needed a suit…in five days. After frantically checking the internet, I told him we’d rent a suit from Black Tie & Pearls for the time being, then buy one when he’s home on break. Imagine my surprise we when walked into the shop on a Saturday in late September and not only had the NICEST gentleman help us, but found a very nice wool suit in stock. Within 30 minutes, we went from desperate-for-anything to purchasing a classic suit that will last for years. Purchased on Saturday, hemmed, pressed, and ready for pick-up on Tuesday. Excellent customer service, great selection. Very happy to have a locally owned business to support. Kudos to the well-dressed, very professional young man who waited on us for putting a nervous college kid at ease and helping him make the right choice in a suit.
