Asked for storage unit, dude said he was busy come in after 2 30 the next day to get keys to unit. Showed up at 3 20 to give him lots of time to the unit cleanings. Told me to call him when I was there for directions where he was. When I drove over (45minute drive), he told me he got tied up and to come the next day (after I was already in the parking lot). As someone who works 55 hours a week I told him I was unavailable (11am-11pm shift). He told me to call back in 30min. I called back in 30 minutes and it range 2-3 times before he rejected the call.Don't waste your time here.

A person I advocate for had her storage rent raised 40% and she barely gets by with government assistance. I complained that it was heartless and cruel and it is price gouging. He was too cowardly to explain himself and just hung up. I believe the owners name is George Branson. Don't do business with this guy. He is a cruel, heartless and cowardly person.

I read the reviews and basically you get what you pay for. For $17 dollars a month on their small unit it’s worth it. Now I’m not comfortable being out there alone but when I’ve gone there I haven’t had any issues and haven’t run into any one. I like the price because I can afford and so far no issues.

Never had a problem with this place. They don't lock you out if late on payment. Very friendly. They try to work with you if you have trouble paying.

I've never had a problem with this storage. I've been late and never got locked out. Unlike Uhaul! Was late 3 days and got locked out!Aways friendly to me. I've had my stuff in it for over 2 years. Is there spiders of course there is. They are hard to stop. But I have never seen any mice in my storage. I like my stuff here. And I'm long distance and still plan on keeping my stuff here! And I believe at 8pm the gate locks. Thank you.

Not the cleanest or the safest or the most upscale. We found a spiderweb building in my friend's little particleboard-built storage unit. But The price certainly reflects it. Worth.

Do not use this business, like the story above we cannot get our deposit back either. How is this legal I wonder. Buyer beware this man will take your deposit and you will be lucky to see your money again. Every time we call to ask when we will get it back we are told, sorry it's farming season will let him know when he comes in. This company needs to be investigated for fraud.

The only way this company could stay in business is with the money it wrongfully keeps from its customers. It was clearly my mistake for trusting a storage business that requires you to go to a run-down motel to sign a contract. However, the owner seemed like a kind, local businessman so I ignored my better judgment and paid a deposit. When I used online Bill Pay to make my first payment, Moscow Mini Storage rejected it then immediately charged a late fee to my account (after that I sent a check for the full lease to ensure that didn't happen again). At this point, it has been nearly 3 months since I moved out and have been attempting to get my deposit back. Any time I call, someone tells me that George is the only person who can assist me and that he is gone but they will leave a message. For the first time, George finally called me back on November 4th and left a message saying "Hi, it's George from Moscow Mini Storage." When I called back, I was again told that George wasn't in but that she would leave a message. Today, I follow up and am told that George is not in. Only when I asked her when he would be in was I told that he is on vacation. Again, I had to ask "until when?" and was told "probably through November." In the meantime, no manager or anyone with any authority is there. While I don't expect consumers to read my entire bitter rant, just know that this is a very sketchy company that you should not deal with unless you are okay not getting a deposit back and you pay cash on a month to month basis so they cannot keep it.
