Jamie Knudson's State Farm agents never changed my home address, even though I asked them to do so several times; this resulted in me missing a payment and getting sent to collections.In the spring of 2017, I used them to get insurance for running my own business, and getting set up was pleasant enough. In the summer of 2017 I moved, and I asked them to change my mailing address. They continued to send mail to my old address, which was still forwarded to me for the next several months. Within this period I asked them to change my mailing address again, and apparently they again failed to do so. I ended up cancelling my policy in early 2018 due to getting other employment, but apparently I missed a payment--I made a mistake, it happens. There were no phone calls or emails that attempted to inform me of this missed payment.In late summer or early fall of 2018, I got a letter from collections saying I owed them a certain amount of money for a missed payment to State Farm. I went into the office to dispute this and they claimed they had notified me, by mail; I found out that they STILL had not changed my address, despite asking multiple times. This act of incompetence on their part made me livid. I had no choice but to pay collections--the whole process wasted my time, and it hurt my credit score.They're nice folk in this office, but understand your obligations and use their service at your own risk if you plan on changing addresses.

Excellent customer service! I've come to the office in downtown Moscow a couple times and both times have been greeted with friendly faces who seemed to genuinely want to help me with my questions. They also have efficiently and effectively helped me with all of my account needs.
