Tyrrell seems very knowledgeable and friendly. He was pleasant to talk to on the phone. I can't speak to the quality of work as we ultimately didn't end up working together on the project I called about.

Moscow Transmission was able to tow my car on the first snow of the season. I’m amazed that they were able to find the time since (while listening to the police scanner) it was absolute chaos for tow trucks that night.My rear differential failed, and they were able to return it within a week. Everyone I spoke with in the office was friendly, professional, and down to earth. Getting good service in this town has become a chore, and Moscow Transmission delivers outstanding service.They even saved my failed differential so I could inspect how chewed up it was when I picked up my truck. This is a great company. Thank you for fixing my truck, and thank you for letting me see just how bad my differential failed.
