When I spent 5 months in Lewiston, Id this place was my SAVING GRACE. I attended the Level 2-3 Iyengar yoga class Tuesday and Thursday and absolutely loved it. Erika was my teacher and she did a wonderful job of being calm yet instructive. The class was wonderful because we did partner work and she really took the time to break each pose down and instruct each student. I have a lot of hip problems and it was wonderful to be in a small class with such an attentive teacher. Thank you Moscow Yoga center and Erika for being my sanity while alone in Idaho!
