This place is one of the worst places in town they can fairly deal with five customers Maybe try and hire some people with common sense or any ability to perform customer service.

Very helpful when I brought my car in with the check engine light on! They helped me read the code and gave me detailed directions on how to fix it!

I came in and was in the store about 15 mins or more, and 2 or 3 other people came in the store also. Each time someone entered a bell rang. However, staff never came to the front counter from the back where we could hear 2 girls talking and laughing.Very unprofessional and when the lady finally came to the front counter she wasn't very friendly.. the only reason I give 2 stars is because they do have a good selection of items

Kinda unfriendly, wouldn't price match AutoZone's exact part because they didn't have it in stock at AutoZone down the street, they had it at another AutoZone in Lewiston... Instead of saving me a few bucks they lost my business. Also not very knowledgeable.

It's never good to be 300 miles away from home and have a car issue. I noticed my headlight was out and went toO'Reilly to get a replacement. A huge thank you to "the little guy" who replaced driver side and passenger headlights onlyto find out I asked for the wrong beam, so I purchased the other set and he put those in too! He even offered to check my oil! Soon, I was on my way back to Boise with full visibility and confidence in case I hit bad weather. Thanks, O'Reilly and "the little guy"!

Wow. Parts store with workers that seem to know nothing about car trucks or anything. Was so disappointed with what I heard from the counter I left. Didn't even bother asking if they had the part I was looking for. Asking a guy is it a gas or diesel after he says Cummins...... like I said wow. Try asking in application a multiple choice test on general auto mechanics knowledge. Like maybeA customer walks in and asks if you have glowplugs what type of engine do they have?A electricB gasolineC gas/electric hybridD diesel

Great customer service. The store manager(Taylor) went way out his way to help me with a warranty replacement on a battery … I did not have a receipt & it was purchased by my dad in Atlanta, GA over a year ago. Taylor took the time to help find a way to pull the purchase & background information & help get me a replacement & back on the road. Top notch courtesy & professionalism. I’ll be back because of the way I was treated.Taylor is a great American, veteran, & customer-oriented manager. Good stuff
