I've been with p1fcu for almost 15 years. The younger woman at the moscow branch, I assume is the manager? Is always super rude and short with me every time I've dealt with her (even when im just getting cash). Their automatic fraudulent detection system is super flawed and only works 50% of the time. If you need a new card, expect it to take a week or two to receive.

So far, experience has been great. Interest rates have been good, communication has been excellent, and they're open on Saturdays.Customer service over the phone isn't great if you get transferred to India though. They also do not support MFA in the form of Authy or Yubikeys, only the extremely insecure text/call MFA, which is very disappointing. Hopefully they integrate Yubikey's hardware MFA soon, especially with all of the hacks that have been happening.

I had to report my card for an issue that happened with Walmart. After I went to the bank to get a new card they told me that it would take 7-10 business days (most banks will expedite it). A week later and I get the card and I activate it through the instructions on the card and it doesn't work. What a waste of time.

Always had great experiences with the staff. They are helpful, fast, and eager to serve. They answer questions and are open to walk-ins. I love their online banking apps too! They make it a breeze to track finances, loans, and even your credit score. Strongly recommend.

Good bank but impossible to get an employee on the phone. Also tried to update my email and phone number. Called also and yet, I am still asked for confirmation on an old phone number. They still haven't fixed it. Unable to look at any account info

I’m actually a huge fan. I went to Chase to make a cash advance, and they had a limit on what they could do, which was fine, but I needed a lot of cash in a short amount of time. (No need to ask why)These guys got me covered, and were super helpful for a USAA member without a local branch.

I use this branch multiple times a week and every time I go in there they are always super friendly and they make banking easy and not stressful. It’s a great environment and i appreciate all the help they have given me.

Absolutely no notice that the Moscow branch would be closed today for repaving the parking lot. Website even says they are open today until 3pm. Needed to get coins. Since I only bank with them, I can't go to another financial institution in town to get a roll of quarters.

I am an out of state member of PIFCU > joining over 10 years ago to finance a used car for my son that was attending the University of Idaho. I have continued to finance autos and obtain personal loans as needed from PIFCU because of their excellent customer service, great loan rates and lightning fast approval and processing of my loan requests via telephone and computer. In my humble opinion, they are simply the best in the Northwest and I will continue to do business with them.

I’ve been using P1FCU for 9 years since Chase started charging me hidden fees. P1FCU has been great, love the staff, love the new building, they have run there behinds off getting people through the lines during the COVID mess. Never had a hidden fee pop up yet.

I’ve been a member of P1FCU for almost 5 years and have had nothing but great experiences! Each time I go into the branch I’m always greeted with friendly and helpful staff members who are willing to go the extra mile. When I had over $2,000 of fraudulent charges on my account, the staff were not only empathetic of my situation, but also took me through the process of getting my money back. It was only a matter of hours before the money was returned to my checking account. If you are looking to become a member of a credit union, I highly recommend P1FCU!
