Petco website is terrible first it wouldn't let me log in then it wouldn't let me use a promo code even though it was valid and I met all criteria then it wouldn't let me add my debit card so I could checkout! Terrible experience! So frustrating!

We have a lot of fun going to that store. My husband has dementia and is in a wheelchair. The store is very accessible for him. He loves watching the little parakeets and the little bird enclosure thing. And any of the other animals they have or fish

Everyone here was super nice. We bought a new bed for a very sick puggo and it made her drive from the hospital much nicer.

All and all is pretty good place, I know there trying with the fish cause some days seems like some one actually cares about the fish but most days really makes me sad that there so neglected.

Really great Petco location. Store is clean and staff is always helpful. Has always been stocked with everything we have needed for reptiles and fish.

What we have a puppy half dachshund half pitbull (the mother was the Pitbull), who at best is a little anxious about going places why me, needy, pray it doesn't rain because the windshield wipers drive him nuts, but he goes for grooming at Petco they treat him quite well he loves going there it makes him smell better look better feel better which makes him less needy for a moment. The Grooming section is excellent I highly recommend it for anyone's animals their products however are quite expensive in the store and quite frankly he doesn't like much of what they offer there's always a positive you have to find yours but I really suggest get your grooming done here.

Fish tanks haven't been in the best of shape for a long time, algae and dead fish in most. Hard to find helpful staff; there is a woman in particular (older, larger, light brown/grayish hair) who is particularly unfriendly. Oh well. Thankfully there are other options for pet products in this town, my last visit helped by. encouraging me to take my money to said other places, lol.

Came to this store on my way home and there is a line of people waiting to be checked out but do ya thing the checker that was visiting with the group would call another associate to come check out would attempt to do so no she just keeps looking up and visiting. She can’t talk and work at the same time. Ugghhh

Doesn't sell salt water creatures how can you be a Petco if you don't sell what you're supposed to. Just go elsewhere not much in stock. Staff that doesn't know what they should about the creatures and supplies they sell. Plus they pull out dead fish out of their tanks every morning pretty much and have a freezer full of dead fish.
