“Great service here at The UPS Store in Moscow. I shipped a bunch of heavy boxes from LA, for my son's new apartment at WSU, while me and my family followed behind driving across from Portland.
I called The UPS Store ahead of time and they explained how to address and mark the boxes so they'd be held for pickup. Then they called me when the boxes arrived.
We got caught in construction traffic driving over from Pullman and arrived at The UPS Store just a few minutes before closing. The staff were super friendly and even loaded up my boxes on a hand truck and took them out to my car.
Great experience all around and everything worked out perfectly.”
