“I needed a fax from the IRS faxed and was on the phone with the least competent IRS employee alive. I was at fed ex for over an hour trying to get them to fax my stupid document. The 2 fed ex employees there was so sweet. I had my 4 young kids with me, they offered us some snacks to keep them busy and had nothing but grace for their squirrelliness. They hung in with me through the whole ordeal and were kind and helpful. Eventually I got my fax and we all celebrated together.”

“Have something really tricky to ship? Go here. I had a very unusual shipping situation today - ship my own blood sample to New Zealand within 7 days. Fedex was helpful, but 8 days. Running out of time, my husband called this UPS Store and spoke to the store manager, Samuel.
When I got there, Samuel had the exemption label ready that I needed and knew exactly how to do everything! He even read through some of the directions I had from the lab and asked how the box was packaged to make sure it was done properly. Was it expensive? YES! Is it going to get there in 7 days? Yes, if all goes well. Thankful!”
