Both my husband and I have visited this storefront multiple times as we have transitioned from Cricket (BOOOO!!) to T-Mobile. All three staff members we have worked with -- Chloe, Michael, and Kaitlynn -- have been remarkably patient, helpful, empathetic, and kind during our phone carrier transition and during each visit to their storefront. They did not hesitate to help us problem solve our screen protector issues, reach out to T-Mobile support on our behalf for tech support, and remembered us and our problems during each visit, demonstrating refreshingly excellent customer support during a notoriously difficult process.They have been wonderful to work with and made switching phone carriers a much smoother, less-daunting, and delightful process with their service and tech support. We are very lucky and grateful, as should T-Mobile be, to have Chloe, Michael, and Kaitlynn supporting the T-Mobile customers in Moscow. Thank you again so much for your help! ?

They either have no clue or don't care. Two of their clerks told me we were eligible for the keep and switch promotion. They told us that the promotion would pay off our phones even though our previous carrier was not one of the large cell phone companies. Now I just got off of the phone with T-Mobile who says that we are not eligible. Our options are return to our previous carrier, or pay off $900 worth of phones.9/27/23 update - I was able to get ahold of the Moscow store. They were able to get T-Mobile to honor the switch over. It came in the form of a bill credit, which is not convenient, but at least it was completed. I'm still not impressed that it was not as simple as it should have been, but at least the company stood by their offer.

I want to warn everyone NOT to do business with Sky (the manager). I’ll start off by saying she is very good at her job. Which is to sell at all costs and make the most on her commission. She could sell water to a fish. She talks fast and tells you to just sign.I walked in and initially told her I am a single mom and also a student and I can’t afford more than a basic plan. I wanted two lines for my daughter and I. Unlimited talk/text/data for me and unlimited talk/text for her. She told me I can no longer not have unlimited data on separate lines, they all have to be the same.She said she signed me up for the “student plan” which would save me money. She said I get a free kid’s smart watch with this plan and other than a $10 activation fee, it’s free every month.She said my plan comes with a free third line and I can just have it whenever I want but it’s completely free. I had her take off the insurance because I couldn’t afford it until the phone is paid off.She said the first bill would be higher than the rest due to taxes.After the second bill came around I was frustrated that I had to pay $220 monthly.I called t mobile and they told me she signed me up for the most expensive plan they offer, the premium plan. The watch was not free monthly, the 3rd line was not free, the insurance was never removed. The lady at T-Mobile profusely apologized and lodged a complaint against Sky. I truly can’t believe how much Sky lied to me.She is a scammer and only after commission and doesn’t care about you after you sign. She should be fired.The next time I went in a man who I believe may have a disability helped me, and Sky was extremely rude to him and mocked him in the background the whole time. He was confused about a couple things and she would sigh and try to take over and just was all around rude. Absolutely horrible person.

I've used these guys for decades. They are knowledgeable, very trustworthy to the point of loosing sales on products that weren't what I needed, and always found them polite. I do know their prices are a bit higher than online, as a reviewer complained. But this is a wider matter of supply chains providing products to larger companies versus locally owned stores. I've seen same thing in other businesses, where a lot of times products might not even be available for a smaller shop with the demand on national volumes of online markets.

I know all my info and just wanted to know when my bill is due! The assistant manager said well I can not tell you that over the phone...your a phone company!!!!????? He was very rude and maybe I should consider a more reliable company? ?

It was a very awkward and unfriendly experience here. The employee Quinton was continuously talking down to his coworker right in front of customers. He created an extremely awkward environment that made me want to leave immediately and could barely make eye contact when explaining anything about products. The service was rude and unprofessional.

I don't know why these reviews are so terrible while I was upgrading my phone he not only helped me save but also while I was getting helped the girl was helping this nice lady and was voicing for her on the phone and was doing everything she could to help !! I was helped by quinton

My family had a great experience at this location! We've had T Mobile for a while and have been pleased with their customer service. Coverage is so-so in smaller cities.This time around Sky and Saeed help us upgrade our devices and plan, and part of the reason for that was their patient and clear communication about the details of the plan and the advantages to us.Always love to invest in technology and good service! It's worth it!

I've liked this location until recently when an employee completely lied to us about being able to get a free upgrade on our phones if we waited a month and changed our plans. We decided to change our plan for the free phones that we were told we would get. Upon going back after a month, we found out that the offer had changed. Super frustrating, the employee that had helped us previously was dishonest and we upgraded our plan for nothing. Not sure what changed but the general environment of this store has been incredibly unprofessional recently.

Went into this store requesting a business quote and nobody asked if I owned a business. They just went straight to a personal account that didn’t even offer the hotspot that I asked about. Then on top of it. The lady that helped me. I think her name was Anna. Just smelt so bad of beer. I thought it was a joke and just left. Myself and my business would rather pay more if it means people are going to take what I tell them and recommend what’s going to help me and somewhere that’s wayyy more professional. I don’t recommend this place at all.
