The owner stopped by on a Sunday because he saw us at the kiosk.\\nWe were trying to rent a unit and he brought us inside out of the cold and helped us out. Would definitely rent from them again. Family owned and very friendly.

Great place if you can get a spot in it. Has environmental control options and meets our need. Just don't store food or chemicals.

They have great units and the service has been fantastic for the Moscow location. 5 star review is well deserved. I wouldn’t store my belongings anywhere else.

I would 150% recommend renting from Tim @ Storage Spot. In addition to this just being an exceptional rental experience, the units are well taken care of, clean, easy to access and the rental process itself is amazingly easy. Tim is professional, well organized, and just a really kind human being. Would DEFINITELY recommend!!!!

Great storage that I've used for several years now with no problem. However, the nightmarish UX on the website and form signing software reallllly made me want to not bother booking with them.

I've rented a unit years ago. They're very clean as well as secure so you know you can store your personal items without worry. Tim has been especially easy to work with providing answers to all my questions. He has at times going out of his way helping me. Anyone asks me what storage facility is the best, I'll always tell them The Storage Spot.

It was easy to setup everything online. My only complaints are two. First the screen for the keypad to get into the area is broken. So you cannot see what it says or what you have typed in. I did not realize at first that you had to hit the star key after putting in your code for it to work, since it could not be read. Then my second complaint is that the door to my unit was very difficult to lift up. I lift weights regularly at the gym and this was still hard for me.

I've been renting various units from The Storage Spot in Moscow, ID for several years and have had great personal service. I have had temperature controlled interior units and have had not trouble with security or damage to my belongings. I would highly recommend them.

I was in a bit of a travel mix-up before my unit’s start date happened, but I was able to move my stuff in a few days early without a problem - life saver! Great size options (I ended up with a 5x5 unit and was able to walk inside to stack things like a regular closet), clean temperature controlled units and good price for summer storage. They provide you with a unique gate/building access code to ensure security. Very helpful and responsive staff too!

I have been renting from the Storage Spot for a year and needed a little larger unit. When a unit became available, the transfer went without difficulty. The staff is friendly, cooperative & helpful as needed. The location is great, prices are fair, units are clean and easily accessible.
