I have been getting my hair done by Maria for the past three years, but for whatever reason she is no longer working there. I saw a new lady, Jocelyn, and this was one of the top three worst haircuts/color jobs I have had.
We went over inspiration pictures, what I liked, didn’t like, color, cut, etc. What I left with was not even remotely close to what I asked for. On top of that, she charged me about $150 more than what I had been getting charged the last three years.
The only reason I gave this two stars instead of one, was because the response from management and how they rectified the situation was swift. I will never get my hair done there again.

Salon stylists are rude they discriminate I went in for an appointment and they refused to do my hair never went back won’t give again. Overpriced

I have shopped at Moscow Ulta since 2019 and have always had good experiences with the sales team and beauty consultants, however, be VERY careful what services you get at the Ulta Salon! I went in for a Keratin Express treatment with Maria, and was told this service would not only condition and add shine to my hair but also remove frizz. I left the salon happy at first and followed ALL the directions my stylist gave me of what TO do and what NOT to do, I didn't wet my hair for over 2 days, I didn't put my hair up or back, I barely touched my hair. However, when I washed my hair after the 4th day, my hair dried very frizzy on top and greasy on the bottom! Keep in mind I don't use any shampoos or conditioners with parabens, sulfates or harsh chemicals. I waited a week hoping my frizz And dryness would go away like my stylist promised but it did not go away and still has not gone away several weeks after the service.I went back in and spoke with a manager, Emma, who took my name and number and stated she would have Maria, my stylist, call me back. I waited over a week and heard nothing from anyone. I call back and speak with Emma again, who apologized and stated she would speak with her manager and call me back at the end of that day. Once again, no call. I call again at noon the following day and ask for Emma but the worker told me 'she is sick today'. I asked if I could speak with another manager because I was promised a call back to resolve this matter. The gal connected me with a manager named 'Daisy', who stated I could come in for them to fix it, but I stated I was concerned about the use of more harsh chemicals on my hair so soon after my last treatment. Daisy said she "did not think a refund would be possible" but that she would ask her manager and call me back in a few hours. I asked Daisy if I should call back if I didn't hear anything and she said no because she promised to call me back by the end of day, and yet again I received no call.This service was over 100 dollars and I have tried and tried to ask Ulta to help resolve this with me but was instead promised a call back three times from three different people all of which never called me and I'm still waiting for a call back to resolve this matter.I've been a loyal customer at this branch for over 4 years and it makes me very sad to see that this is the way the staff, especially managers, treat customers. I've spent lots and lots of money at this store and for them to keep my money this way after providing bad service to me is extremely disappointing and so unlike the Ulta company I thought I knew.Please be careful about what service you book at Ulta salon and how much you spend because it will be like pulling teeth to ask for their help fixing anything! :(

I had the worst experience ever at this ulta. I went in to ask about my Ulta account that was hacked and to get more information since the hacker changed some info on my account and the two workers that helped me were completely rude and not helpful whatsoever. I felt rushed and I felt as if they didn’t care to help me resolve my issue or give me some answers. I left extremely unsatisfied and will never be returning. Worst customer service ever.

I booked an appointment at the salon to get highlights, and Maria was AMAZING. So detailed in our consultation and did a beautiful job on my hair.

Vivienne was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. There were a few products I was looking for that they did not carry, but she introduced me to even better items. Much appreciated!
