The associate charged me $1 for a piece of tape (reason: package by customer) because my Amazon box was open. This might be something if Amazon return choice did not say "No Box, No Label Needed". Know before you go!!

I highly recommend this UPS store for a notary service. Debbie is a professional that knows and understands what you need, by asking. She knows, what superlative customer service involves. I needed to ship a small box. I asked for a small 6-inch piece of tape to close my box. They had to charge me a dollar. I had no cash, but they would be willing to put a dollar on my card. That is absolutely ridiculous. Zero customer service!!!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!! I will never return and share my experience with as many people as possible!!

I went in to return an item that I had a UPS label for. I had already taped the box up. I realized I hadn't put in the packing slip. I asked if they would tape it back up for me. The young lady who was helping said of course. It was one piece of tape about 8 inches long. A second lady came over and said "we charge $1.00 for taping the box" . I said it is one little piece of tape not the whole box. She said "it's a dollar, cash or credit." The other girls said really just for that little piece. The other girl replied " we charge a dollar for taping". I realize they do have to charge for some of their expenses. But I was not asking for the whole box to be tape. Sometimes customer service like that goes a long way. If there was an other UPS option I would go there.

The Moscow UPS store has been amazing at helping me with a mailbox and forwarding mail to other locations we are at. Everyone I talk to is very nice and helpful!

They would use a white sticker to cover up the old label of the shipping box for my return. Professional. Spacious establishment. Fast service. Put the one in Lewiston, ID to shame

Mark and Debbie are amazing humans! I was ready to send off an item I had "sold" on Facebook via PayPal. Mark was kind and alerted me to all the red flags. I was reluctant to believe the person I sold it to could be so ugly. If you value trust, trust your UPS guy. They've seen us trusting people being taken advantage of over and over again. THANK YOU MARK! Keep up the good work you two.
