The service is as professional and friendly as it can get. We've used US Bank since it first came to town many years ago and never been disappointed.

I don't write many reviews, so when I do its usually because I have had a great experience or a terrible one. In this case I am happy to report that over that last year or two the staff in this branch has provided better than average service and the branch manager, Carissa, is outstanding in her pursuit of providing execellent customer service!

The branch manager treated me extremely poorly and then lied to her boss about it when I called to complain about her. The girl would not even speak to me. I called 3-4 times and went in person four times. She had someone tell me she would give me a call back and she never did. She could not even be bothered to step out of her office one time when I went in person. She had someone run back and forth from her office to the counter to relay information one time and claims because of that she was "extremely helpful" You are a joke

Hopefully this will be resolved soon- but it’s almost been 2 months since i first opened my account and i still can’t use it. I haven’t received a debit card yet either. At the actual office everyone has always been friendly, but if you want to call them don’t waste your time. I’ve called back the number they call from and the one listed here at least twice a day for the last week. NO ANSWER. I get it to a point- i’m very considerate of it being a bank in a busy small town, but this is nuts.

I highly encourage anyone looking for a new bank to look somewhere else. I've had us bank long enough to watch it ruin itself and I'm struggling to get out of their nightmare.Can't get a new bank card, cant get ahold of anyone, can't do anything online or the app without talking to someone who won't answer, can't even go in and talk to someone because this bank dosen't open anymore.Considering I already stated I can't get ahold of someone I'm having a real hard time believing anyone is willing to assist. Already tried that

Worst bank ever. Not only, are they never open in the lobby, it takes 30-75 minutes just to make a deposit in their drive through. Now, we are trying to close our account, and they say they only have 1 time slot available between now, October 5th, and the end of the month.

Amber gave me excellent customer care. She scheduled my appointments at times best for me, for I was in a time crunch. She was efficient and knowledgeable in meeting my requests. "Service with a smile" is an old cliché, but it fits my experience at the U.S. Bank in Moscow!

Had a great experience when I went in, Amber was a wonderful help.Side note: Posting this Summer of 2021. On google it looks like they're closed and phone calls usually aren't answered (you know, the usually "we're shorthanded") but if you drive up they'll help you out!

I worked with Carissa Orr on a car loan, and I have to say, I couldn't be happier with the experience. I'd visited four other banks in Moscow, and not only did U.S. Bank have the best rate for the term I wanted, but their customer service was -- by far -- leaps and bounds ahead of everyone else. I cannot stress this enough: unless there's a huge disparity in the price of the product or service you're providing, delighting your customers is always going to win out. Treat people right and they're going to give you their business. Carissa was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She was happy to answer any and all questions that I had. I will absolutely recommend U.S. Bank to anyone I know who's looking to buy a new car. Thank you, Carissa!

I have banked with USBank for over 20 years but am considering switching. Google AND your posted hours said you would be open Saturday morning and I needed to deposit checks. Doors were locked and drive through lanes were closed. I had an issue with the ATM and needed a teller. There was a number to call for an appointment but no one ever answered. That is an unacceptable level of customer service. I hate to switch but if you can't talk to an actual person to handle your banking when needed, I might have no choice.

I showed up with an appointment to get a notary done, and they treated me like I’m a burden on them. When I called to let them know I was there I was disconnected 4 times without anyone letting me know what’s going on. When I was finally acknowledged at the locked doors, they had no concern for my appointment, and I wasn’t even given a proper wait time. I wish this review would actually help, but it won’t. Put your money in a mattress, you’ll probably get better customer service.

Used to be great, now the employees don't seem to be as well trained, almost always a decent wait, and worst of all its the only us bank atm in town and there's something wrong with it almost weekly. People are nice enough and try to help but after 20 years im strongly considering a new bank.
