“nice employees, items are well curated but can be a bit overpriced. they definitely value having name brand items, so if you are in the market for those then this is a great place.but selling clothes with them can be difficult because they only do by appointment only and a limit of clothes (not like other places where they take walk-ins with no limit). the max they give you per trip is $40 cash or $80 in store credit. again only brand name stuff and trendy clothes/accessories will get picked so anything less will be denied.overall a nice shopping experience but it’s not like a thrift store with low pricesedit: i sold my clothes there a few times and it was the same ($40 cash/$80 store credit) every time regardless. even a barely used patagonia winter coat ($300 new) got chosen and they wouldn’t give me more for it”

“Such an amazing place with great prices! Way better than goodwill. I love the way they have their store organized. There's some quality stuff for affordable prices. I am shopping here for all my 2nd hand use needs in the future.”
