“nice employees, items are well curated but can be a bit overpriced. they definitely value having name brand items, so if you are in the market for those then this is a great place.but selling clothes with them can be difficult because they only do by appointment only and a limit of clothes (not like other places where they take walk-ins with no limit). the max they give you per trip is $40 cash or $80 in store credit. again only brand name stuff and trendy clothes/accessories will get picked so anything less will be denied.overall a nice shopping experience but it’s not like a thrift store with low pricesedit: i sold my clothes there a few times and it was the same ($40 cash/$80 store credit) every time regardless. even a barely used patagonia winter coat ($300 new) got chosen and they wouldn’t give me more for it”

“I am giving the The Hope Center 4 stars for a few reasons. The workers are 99% of the time nice and try to help you, often someone is training but thats all good. The store gets a good mix of things donated from the local community. If this were a bigger area with more options of thrift store shopping I would give them 3 stars for their often high and too high of prices, but with limited thrifting options they are able to get those prices from customers. So beware of items being priced as high or higher than brand new in a store here in the same town. They say they want to know when that is the case but I have seen items right back on the shelf after pointing it out. Craft paint that is 68 cents at a local big box store being stored for 10 years is not now magically worth 99 cents....so overall its worth checking out but don't die of sticker shock. Good luck hunting! Another note: I do know they donate gift card vouchers to their store directly to non-profit groups locally which is awesome!”
