Automated America at its finest no one here will help you over the phone. Called 3 times tried literally every single option just to be met with a dial tone at the end... useless

These people retain your mail and feel that it is acceptable to allow a disabled individual walk to the post office when there's perfect access on my street. They also made a comment about my service animal saying that no pets are allowed. I'm in the process of pressing charges and charging for my personal time. I haven't even been getting any pink slips and have made multiple complaints to them about this and they just make excuses.

I had scheduled an appointment for getting my first passport. The ladies working there were so pleasant, helpful, quick and just overall kind.

You can tell staff hate their lives here due to their own poor life choices with their snarky, rude, and unhelpful attitudes.

This post office is a joke! No wonder people hate going in here. They are slower than turtles in reverse! They are dismissive and treat the customers like we are interfering with their day. I will never go back in there and will drive to pullman before going in there again...Moscow Posr Office is a Joke!

We are so lucky to have the people staffing our post office! They are always pleasant and helpful, take the time to answer my questions. They have saved me money many times by suggesting a less expensive way to mail a package. During this COVID experience, they are friendly even when a customer is rude or crabby - very professional. My thanks to you all.

Edit: I'm not sure if the person is the same as all the other reviews are talking about, but on my most recent visit I got someone else and they were much nicer!Original:I came in a bit ago after noticing this place was still open trying to mail a small box to ship. I was told I couldn't "use their tape" so I had to go all the way home to tape it and bring it back. When I brought it back the person working the counter was still incredibly snide and thought continuing to mention the tape to me would get a reaction out of me or something. Not sure, but either way if you don't feel like being degraded over a piece of tape perhaps try the UPS store on Pullman road.

The lead lady has a great attitude. She does a good job always thanks me for coming in. Which in this business is no less then a maricle.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The lady who was “helping me” had the worst attitude I’ve ever received from someone working in customer service. I went in to get a package that couldn’t be redelivered (for reasons nobody told me) and she told me it wasn’t at this facility, that it was at another one. When I said I had already called that location said they didn’t have it but their automated phone said the location I drove to did have it, she said and I quote “I can’t make packages appear out of thin air”. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

9/27/2020 Update: Service has improved.I detest this place. The service inside is terrible. The women behind the counter regularly condescend myself and other customers, providing an offensive and almost gleeful sarcasm to every sentence. Outside of the obvious employee problems I have regularly had the speed of my post severely misrepresented causing perishable items to expire in transport and several packages to be delayed far past the needed date. They have repeatedly destroyed my mail, shoving far too many letters into the tiny box and even rolling up large paperbacks forcing them in (I have had several covers destroyed in this fashion without compensation). I have had regular issues with them handling the mail well outside of federal USPS guidelines and I have been treated very poorly when I attempted to find solutions to these problems. I loath that this is the closest post office to me and I would strongly urge you to avoid this place if you have another option. This is a subpar post office even by traditional government standards and I do hope someone has the gumption to clean house someday soon.EDIT 3/13/2020: I did not think it possible, but the Moscow Post Office has declined and degenerated more as an institution. As stated previously, the Moscow Post Office has repeatedly folded paperback books that I have ordered in half in order for them to fit in my mailbox, a behavior that had briefly stopped before picking up again with a vengeance. This has again led to further damage to my property and, at this point, I don't even raise the issue with them since it is certain to fall on deaf ears. I have actually started to simply order hardcover books in an attempt to circumvent this issue only to find that they refuse to make an attempt to deliver my package to me, choosing to simply leave a slip in my mailbox, despite the packages of all my neighbors seeming to land on their doorsteps perfectly fine. I recently, today actually, went in to obtain some of these books that were denied a decent delivery to witness some of the worst service I have seen, even inside a government institution. The woman behind the counter actually flung one package and tossed another at me before giving me what I can only assume was an weak imitation of a glare. I am tempted to count some of these gross disappointments as personal, an abuse and retaliation common to low level government workers, but upon seeing reviews posted after my prior review I am left to assume that this is a failure in service and quality that is spread to the entire community of Moscow. I cannot emphasize how far below mediocre the Moscow Post Office falls, how low of quality the service and performance, and how it only continues to fall further and further into the depths of disappointment.

Absolutely horrible mail service. They've lost more of my mail in the last 3 months than I've had lost by other places I've lived in 30 years. If your livelihood depends on reliable mail service you'd do well to get a PO box in a nearby town.

Just not as friendly or as helpful as the other post office in town.
