I didn't catch her name,but there was a little gal with dark hair.. that waited on me the other day and she was EXTREMELY RUDE and aggressive with my item I wanted shipped... she BROKE the ornament I was shipping to my aunt... very upset! I get having a bad day,but don't take it out on others... hopefully I can get compensation for my broken item....

I went in to mail a small package today. The girl at the counter insisted she remove my label, and said that all labels have to be on the same side. There was a long line out the door, and she proceeded to carefully/slowly remove my label. Then she put them all on to see how they fit- then took them all back off, and back on again, and taped them back on. She did all of this at a snail's pace, holding up the line. I do this all the time at other post offices, and they just put the labels on wherever they fit. I've also had them refuse to mail a large book envelope as a package, and insist I put a wadded up piece of paper in it to make it fatter in order to mail it first class. So, I can't get tracking, since they won't ship as a package. They are WAY too over the top picky there. I use the post office in Pullman when all possible. They're very fast and easy to deal with.

As of 2023 there is no post office that exists at this location, it’s at 220 E 5th St. But the Vandal store is really nice!

Automated America at its finest no one here will help you over the phone. Called 3 times tried literally every single option just to be met with a dial tone at the end... useless

These people retain your mail and feel that it is acceptable to allow a disabled individual walk to the post office when there's perfect access on my street. They also made a comment about my service animal saying that no pets are allowed. I'm in the process of pressing charges and charging for my personal time. I haven't even been getting any pink slips and have made multiple complaints to them about this and they just make excuses.

Google has the USPS location in town and at the university confused as the same thing.The location in town is at 220 E 5th St, Moscow, ID 83843They open at 8am each day

went in to check on a package. while next in line, an employee said she would be able to help whoever was next, so we went up to start asking her questions. she was extremely rude and condescending towards us, cutting us off before we could even finish our first question, trying to explain very simple things that literally anyone going into the post office would know. would be nice to get the same respect from people that is shown to them, but i guess some people need to take out their insecurities on others. got absolutely no help whatsoever on the whereabouts of our package either.
