I had gone in when I was experiencing a scam phone call. The front cashier was nice and tried to get a manager to help. I was very upset and trying to explain to the manager I wasn't really sure what to do with this scammer on the phone and she was not empathetic at all. I had asked if I should contact the police about it and she told me they probably wouldn't care. I did contact the police, they did care and encouraged me to report. She made me feel like a nuisancewhen I had only been in the store for 5 minutes. Tried walking away from me multiple times when trying to get more information about the scam calls as well. I had gone here previously but will most likely choose another location just because of how inconsiderate staffing can be.

I've been on hold for 23 minutes and every 16 seconds it says "We're sorry, our staff is answering other calls, please hold on and we'll be with you shortly" in the same loop. The message takes five seconds so over the course of this on-hold experience I've heard the loop 65 times.This is the pharmacy my online megacorp that my insurance company owns and demands I use in turns demand I use, just a top notch patient/customer experience all the way around! The future is fantastic!

I had an excellent flu shot experience at this location. 5-stars for service!But I was locked out of my records because I dared calling their account verification service (for the second time) from a different phone number than I had 6-8 years ago, and without being able to name the doctor they have on file from my childhood (in another state, by the way). Not that you need to be established with a PCP to get a flu shot anyway. So stupid!Account verification is important, but if a person is able to provide their full name, birthday, address, and a host of other information, they should have access to their vaccine records. I should not be locked out of my account because I have a different phone number and a different doctor.

7.14.23 All the staff at the store were all 5????? employees.I'm sorry I didn't get all of their names but they were all smiling, helpful and friendly. This store has everything. Refill your perscriptions, shop health and beauty products, print photos and mini-mart basics. Chips, candy, drinks, nuts and more.

You should never start a person on wegovy and then tell them that they can't get the drug through you guys. Beyond upset and the lady I talked to today was absolutely rude and mean about it. Horrible pharmacy.

Walgreens and I are done. The pharmacy seems disconnected. To my point:I received a prescription for 2 drugs. The Walgreens pharmacy partially filled my order on Wed. Said to “come back Friday” for the fulfillment of the prescription (paid in full). Went back Fri and was poorly received by a pharmacy technician, “come back Monday.” I went in today, Monday, and was told to “come back at 4 PM.” Why? The other pharmacist stated that the med is not on order, I asked with no reply.I moved my prescription to a different pharmacy and was supported immediately.This is not my only negative experience with Walgreens. Please try to address your internal issues and provide better service for your customers. Jim Masciotra

In line an hour yesterday , couldn't fill my script . Now in line another 20 minutes and the line hasn't moved. I'll never go here again.

Called in my prescription on a Monday and they told me it wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday. Wednesday morning I get a call saying my script has been canceled. Tried to call but never could get through. Worst Walgreens in Idaho

I would post a zero star but it won’t let me.I have been through the drive through pharmacy many times over the years but I have never been treated so rudely two times now in the past two months I have been to the drive through pharmacy and both times I have been ignored the first time I had to go in after waiting 30 minutes in the drive through and they were not busy and again today I was waiting 30 minutes it’s a hot day and gas is expensive and then the one that finally came to the window actually had the nerve to try and lecture me about how busy they are except I guess it takes two people to do one job even though neither of them is new.

The pharmacy staff need more employees! Everytime I come to pick up a prescription I have to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive thru... everytime.

I waited in line for had an hour for a flu shot. They have no signs or anything that say you have to make an appointment. I won’t be going to Walgreens anymore

Scheduled an appointment to receive my Covid-19 vaccine on 9/13. Got a call beforehand that they ran out and didn't know when they would get more. Ok, fine, that happens. Found out from a friend that they received their vaccine that same day as a walk in while there was a long line and overhearing them turn away people who had scheduled appointments. Running out is one thing but running out of vaccines for scheduled appointments because you give it to a walk in is unacceptable.
