My parents live in Moscow, so I was happy to see that they had an alignment based studio on Main street. This really is a wonderful find. The teachers are skillful and kind and even though I'm an out-of-towner, they give personalized attention and thoughtful suggestions. It's my home away from home studio and I definitely recommend!

What an awesome yoga studio! Thank you, nourish for providing great classes with teachers who are knowledgable and passionate about their work. As a yoga teacher myself, I have high standards, and Nourish definitely delivers. :) The juice bar has some amazing treats, and everyone at the studio is friendly and welcoming. I'd highly recommend this studio!

Great place to find that inner peace with a great juice bar. I love the options post yoga... Highly recommended and encourage any and all who are looking for that yoga studio to try this place out.
