“My second purchase at the Auto Ranch. This time, a kawasaki klr650 adventure. Matt McCain helped with the purchase and made the process easy and clear to understand. He even drove my car home so I could ride my new bike home. A month later now and hes done a really good job following up to make sure everything's working right and that I'm happy and remind me of my. Maintenance regulbreaking in my new bike. The rest of the sales team were easy to work with and patient with me as I wanted to make sure I was making a responsible choice. They came up with a plan to fix it while I was standing in the office, assured me of their projected work timeline, and even helped me work with my insurance agency as they are so much more used to doing so. As the project went on, I received updates from them on the status and they finished within their projected work window. I recommend them very highly.”
