NAPA Auto Parts - Mountain Home Auto Parts is noted for its great and helpful customer service, offering a appreciated small-town feel. The store reliably has the needed parts. However, some customer service skills could be improved, with one instance of an employee providing incorrect product information. While some interactions have been confusing, the business has long-term customers who have been doing business there for decades and consider it the best auto parts shop in town.
I should have came here first, but I went to the other NAPA instead, that was a mistake. The guys here helped me and my husband get our parts and they even had them in stock! Great people and affordable as well! Will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming here for years, they always have my parts, if not I get them the next day. Much better than the other Napa in town!

Tucked out of the way, but theses guys were the only store in town that carried hardened M12 1.5 bolts. Hats off
