“I stopped at C&A after my check engine light came on during a 10 hour roadtrip to visit my family for Christmas. They kindly agreed to fit me in to their already full schedule. They were professional, generous, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain clearly what they were doing each step of the way. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I felt completely taken care of. The owners are absolutely lovely too! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I was able to get home to my family safely for the holidays because of them! If I lived in Mountain Home, they would be the only mechanics I would use. Merry Christmas!”

“We recently (Oct 2025) had a car accident near Mountain Home. Steve's Auto Repair was recommended to us as the best place in town for repair. The tow truck driver said the same when I told him were we needed to take the car to. The repair shop managed to take our car into a bay when the tow truck arrived and put it on their lift to understand the extent of the damage. Shannon (sp?) had a good eye for what needed to be done and how to secure the parts. They recommended a hotel and took us there while working overtime to prep the car for when the parts would arrive the next morning and then they picked us up when the car was ready the next day. We were amazed at their kindness and their diligence to detail. They got the car repaired at the time they said it would be done. He mechanic test drove it on the freeway to verify that everything was straight and capable to be driven at highway speeds. We continued our trip and then returned to our home, putting in excess of 1200 miles on the repaired car. AND...I received a call today from them to see if we had made it home safely. How is that for service. We appreciate all they did, the quality of the repair and their follow-up. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody in that area needing repair for a very fair price.”

“I could not be more grateful for Zak and his team at the Mountain Home Les Schwab this weekend. I got a flat tire while driving to Utah with 3 kids. I called Les Schwab less than an hour before closing, worried I couldn’t get the spare on and over to them in time. Their team was so kind and willing to help, even though it kept them working late. “We got a flat somewhere between Boise and Atlanta and didn’t realize until we were on our way back home from camping. Air was leaking and we were afraid we’d blow the tire before getting back to Boise! Thankfully, the Mountain Home Walmart Auto Care Center was open and the staff there were so willing to help quickly and efficiently. This was beyond helpful, considering we were traveling with 2 dogs and a 11 week old baby. My husband was able to hang outside in the shade and also in the indoors waiting area with the dogs while I fed the baby and got us some lunch in Walmart. We were back on the road in no time with a tire that was as good as new. Shout out to *Preston* for his excellent care of our car and our family!”
“Thank you Basida auto salvage and repair! My check engine light was flashing and engine was misfiring. Frank got my car in right away even tested it on a Saturday and called me with the solution. First thing Monday my car was ready. Frank was nice enough to pick me up from home so I would not have to call a taxi! Frank was straight forward and fair on price. Definitely recommend.”

“I went in and had a hassle free time buying a BRONCO. Paul and Fernando were really courteous and knowledgeable. Also the sticker price matched the online price. That's saying a lot because I went to other dealerships and there was no consistency in prices. They have the usual dealer products which were pretty decent in value and function, and they didn't hassle me when I declined them like other dealerships would. If they have a vehicle I want in the future I am definitely going there again. I traveled from twin falls to get my bronco and the experience was great. Thanks!”
