“I went in to the bank to make a wire transfer for the first time.
I was promptly greeted by a very wellmanerd young lady with a smile (Kaylee) she was very helpful and explained everything she was doing for me step by step.
After everything was completed she walked me to the door and helped me out because I am in a wheelchair. She was very apalajetic for the bank not having the automatic door for disabled people.
I have been to other wells Fargo banks (in Washington State) and the service I got, well just say not great.
I actually look forward to going to the bank nowadays.”
