After being jerked around half a day by corporate for an issue on their end I called the local branch. I was told the banker would call me back. They never did.I do not feel appreciated as a customer and will be taking my banking needs elsewhere.

So honored to have chase as my bank they help me out every month and we got a plan for me cause they helped me just gotta go by plan and succeed great to have money put back for retirement

This has been our bank for over 12 years & honestly considering changing banks. The last 8 times we have been here to make deposits we've waited 40 mins in the drive thru or more. It's absurd! They used to greet us like they knew who we were, but now very impersonal. I'm not sure what happened to this branch, but it has steadly deteriorated.

Always a treat to visit my local Chase branch. Own a business account through Chase and they are always very helpful. I get smiles from everyone when I walk in and they immediately jump to help me with whatever I need!

Very few smiles, setting up account was a slow process. There were usually lines, but there was always workers seeming to just stand around and talk or watch the one teller who was working. Also tellers inside insisted that i fill out my own deposit slips, so that they did not have to do anything but plug it into the computer. I only had it for less than 3 months but i closed that account already, thank goodness that's over.
