Great customer service and great location. Accommodating for various needs, in my case returning a U-Haul. My boyfriend had his Tahoe fixed after getting hit when we first got to mountain home and they did a super job for him also. Would definitely recommend for U-Haul and for autobody repairs.

I had purchased a used car with some body damage that was affecting its drivability. They saw me right before thanks giving and helped with a temporary fix while we waited for parts, they priced everything fairly and the work was done quickly. Absolutely outstanding business I will recommend to anyone I know in need.

They got my car done so fast. Less than a week. And it looks amazing. Great office staff and the company is so helpful. I was able to leave my rental car there for the rental company to pick it up. Even though it wasn't scheduled too.,

Highly highly highly recommend.I went into Cox Autobody to have some motorcycle parts painted for a build I was doing.They absolutely knocked it out of the park.I went in with a picture of the color I wanted and they were able to match it perfectly.Turn around time was super fast, price was fair, and workmanship is fantastic.Very happy! Will definitely be back for future work!

my car was hit in rear quarter panel took it to cox they didn't check the alignment it was off. They buffed the scratches out of the bumper in the quarter panel put a new reflector in the bumper and called it a day charged my insurance company for a brand new bumper light and paint they didn't do it.. don't go to Cox autobody crappy work

Car was taken here after an accident for fender and headlight replacement. Car looks great, paint is well-matched as close as you can get. However, they left the inside of the car extremely dirty. There was something that looked like grease stains on the upholstery on top of the cabin extending all the way to the back of the car. It was EVERYWHERE. These are just a few of the pictures - there was still so many of these spots all over the upholstery. The backseat was pulled forward to gain access to the trunk - something I found out as I was in the backseat trying to clean the stains out of the upholstery. Why were they even back there? Why were they rummaging around in the trunk? There's no circumstance I can think of to be in the car anywhere else except for the driver's seat for a fender replacement. And wiping their fingers all over the roof? Completely unprofessional. Even a few days after getting the car back, I'm still finding things that they left behind - spray paint residue of the word "fender" on the driver's side window. Glass cleaner won't get it off. Why? If it was my business, I would treat my customer's cars with a lot more care.Services: Body & Trim
