They are helpful, courteous, and are decent priced. Altho I keep getting different, contradicting responses about delivery, I've been told they don't fill onboard (RV) tanks anymore, also that they do & that they don't deliver and fill tanks 100lb or smaller so I've had to lug the big tank in and out of my van to take it in to get it filled despite the fact that I'm disabled and not suppose to be lifting that heavy of weight.

Mava was fantastic! So darn friendly!!! I almost didn't want to head to work!!!! Enjoyed the few minutes I had to visit with her!!! Very refreshing! Thank you for starting my day the way I wish it was started every day! Guarantee I'll be stopping by Hiler Brothers on the weekend again!

I have a 120 tank they keep full except once in a year, I called and they had a truck come and fill it within two hours, so as you can see, I have nothing but good things to say about them. Their prices are competitive in the area, again nothing but good to say for them…

What a joke. No wonder the city wants to work with another company. I called over a month ago to have a tank moved, spoke with the office MANAGER, and began working with him to get a quote. I texted him all the information he asked for to include pictures, dimensions, everything... he replied he'd get back to me soon. Two weeks later I followed up with a text, no reply. Two days later, another follow up, no reply. A week later another text, nothing. A week later I called the office, spoke with a woman who was familiar with my call, said she would have him call or she would. Nothing. I called the next day, same thing. NOTHING! Not even a "sorry, we can't help", NOTHING. There isn't a thread of professionalism in that office. There are so many companies right now that treat people like this, and they will not get my business. EVER. I want to give my business to a company who respects their clients. Turns out, Valley Wide will move it next week, and several hundred dollars cheaper than what he was thinking it might come to.
