“I had a amazon return. I was worried there would be a long wait as usual for this popular location. I was pleasantly surprised. Directly to the right of the entrance is an Amazon return kiosk/table. I was able to scan my QR code from my phone and it printed a label. There are bags to put merchandise in and then use the label to secure the bag. There is a drop box for the items being returned. I was in and out before any single customer was helped. There was a line of about 7 people as usual. This Amazon return station was so convenient!! THANK YOU UPS !!”
