My car had a pretty big boo boo unfortunately 😔, and was brought to MHAuto Ranch Collision. Dwight was awesome!! He was thorough in communication and especially the boo boo. You would never know anything had happened. Dwight is definitely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, but mostly so kind a d considerate. 100% would go back there again. ( but hopefully I won't have to 🤞)

My daughter had her bumper smashed up by a driver running a red light. She was quoted a week to get the car back after they had to order additional parts. She wasn’t expecting her car back until Tuesday and got it back 4 days earlier than expected. Dwight made the repair as quick and painless as possible. They even cleaned her car inside and out. Thanks for the great service!

My second purchase at the Auto Ranch. This time, a kawasaki klr650 adventure. Matt McCain helped with the purchase and made the process easy and clear to understand. He even drove my car home so I could ride my new bike home. A month later now and hes done a really good job following up to make sure everything's working right and that I'm happy and remind me of my. Maintenance regulbreaking in my new bike. The rest of the sales team were easy to work with and patient with me as I wanted to make sure I was making a responsible choice. I was comfortable with the payment plan and decided to get a couple extra options as well. Thanks for the help guys!

Dwight was amazing! So kind and helpful, and even transported my car to Mountain Home from Treasure Valley since I wasn’t local, both ways! He helped with any questions I may have had, even helped with insurance questions and issues I was having from his personal knowledge. He was also super flexible with me. My car came back perfect after being rear ended. All the auto body shops in the treasure valley couldn’t get me for months, and they got me in within a week and my car was back a week or two after. So quick and the car looks great! Highly recommend, couldn’t have had a better experience and would not want to go anywhere else.

I highly recommend Mountain Home Auto Ranch! Ryenn Longwell there showed us a car, we loved it and the price with low miles. The whole experience was very quick and easy. I was so impressed by their service. Dwight went above and beyond. My vehicle was a total loss. There were some issues and concerns along the way, with State Farm. Dwight was such a big help and even called the company and explained some things to them concerning both estimates. I have never received such amazing customer service from any place. Good customer service is so hard to find these days. It was such a great experience, especially when my brand new vehicle was totaled by someone checking their phone and HWY 84!!!!

I was very satisfied with the service department's recent work on our Duramax (diesel) pickup. They treated us exceptionally well as they took the necessary steps to correct its complete breakdown caused by miss-fueling with gasoline. Rich and Amy were very communicative, pleasant, and professional, and were able to work us into their already tightly booked schedule to get us back on the road in just a couple of days (we're from out of state). And although we were in a vulnerable spot, their pricing was fair and reasonable. As our time spent in Idaho increases, we'll plan to return for routine service. Thanks very much (and thanks to the mechanic(s) as well).
