All the staff were kind, capable, quick, friendly, and nice to my dog. I very much appreciate the noticable lack a lot of the annoying aspects of many of the big chains. The shower and the water pressure were fantastic.

A little pricey but great quality and wonderful staff. Even during renovation they are making the most of it
