(update review-4-02-24) as of today my truck has been in the shop at the mountain home auto ranch for 33 days! still no eta on when it will be returned. finally got through to heather in the service department yesterday at 2pm and she told me she would call me right back after she called my warranty company she had 4 hrs to do so before closing and i still have not got a call back! i rely on my truck for work. not having it has forced me to cancel 2 events that i need for income! completely ridiculous and unprofessional is an understatement when it comes to this dealership!

Me and the hubby went in to buy a new to us car, and we were approached by Benny. He went far above for finding us the right car for us. We drove about 5 cars with him, he drove us to the other car lot and we found our car thanks to Benny. He was never pushy at all, we had a blast with him. He is a very sweet man to say the least. We made a new friend in him and he's very compassionate about what he does. Thank you again Benny your the best as well as the manager. :)

Terrible vehicle service. Failed to complete work same day as promised. No communication. I'm a 20 year customer bought many new and used vehicles over the years and numerous service jobs. No more they have lost my business

I highly recommend Mountain Home Auto Ranch! Ryenn Longwell there showed us a car, we loved it and the price with low miles. The whole experience was very quick and easy. They got us out with a new car just in time to make it to the BSU game! Thank you Kyle and the management crew it was a great experience!!
