Cool place. I don't use tobacco products but was there for drinks and this is a great place if you smoke or chew.

very dissatisfied in customer service today! I pulled up to window and bought my weekly tobacco , the employee stood right there waiting on me to hand over money or a card, I handed her my card, handed me my things, I also had a lottery card ticket to cash in and she said I"ll be right back , what I was still a paying customer, and I should of still been waited on not have to wait, anyway she finally came back and she said you have a little one in car I said yes(He's 3) and she was reaching into get a s***** I said a red one please it's his favorite, her response was you get what you get anyway she pulled out a green s***** and my grandson seen color and started crying, why. why wouldn't she look to see if there was a red one to please a 3 yr old! I'm about to the point I won't go there if she's working, terrible terrible customer service

Worst customer service. My husband has a hand Disability and was accursed of profanity Without asking questions and then banded him from the store. as a consumer it might be a good idea to look into legal actions for discrimination against persons with disabilities.

For the most part, I have always had a pleasant and good experience. Today, however, I waited in the drive through for quite sometime(over five minutes) and finally I knocked on the window to get attention. When a gentleman did come to the window, he acted as though I was bothering him. He gave the excuse that he was in the back and did not hear the drive up alarm. This is understandable but, never did he apologize tome (the store patron) this is very poor customer service!

Assistant manager can't handle the drivethru window even when no one is inside. But don't dare honk! You will not be served.
