“I ordered raw hazelnuts from the store. They were so fresh. I soaked them in water and some salt and 8 hours later they had sprouted a tiny nub. I then drained them and wiped them off and put in a food dehydrator on 115 degrees overnight. The next morning they were perfectly dried and so very tasty. I love Purcell Farms products. Always the best.”
