Can't give it zero stars or I would. The mail service itself is shoddy at best around here, but dealing with the girl at the post office is worse than you can imagine. She's extremely rude, condescending and really bad at the one job she has. Stuff gets scanned as delivered, shows up on my apps as delivered, but I never get some items. You try and talk to her and she treats you like your a child who has no idea what they're doing. Literally hundred of dollars worth of stuff has "vanished". She needs to be fired

Really nice folks who work there, they have their work cut out for them from all the online deliveries. I appreciate them greatly to have a post office close is really nice. Thanks Moyie Springs postal people.

One horror story. I am a hiker and traveller and for years I have been using USPS post offices to order stuff online. It always worked fine using "General Delivery". Whether on the trail or on the road. Just last month I had order 30 items from 4 different shops in Bozeman, MT. This time I choose this quiet tiny cute post office which had 2 good reviews. I though they would be even more friendly and human than others. I was so wrong. This order was from Amazon. For the first time I clicked on the fastest delivery. Amazon does not tell you what service they will use. They used UPS and made it 2 packages. One small book alone and 6 other items in a small box. Both sent and received at the same time. When I got to the post office the young lady asked me why I used "General Delivery" with an angry tone. She added "we usually do not accept UPS". Then I was given one package (a little light book that cost me $9) and charged $4.5 for it. I was told the other package was "not here"... It took my one hour of investigation driving back and forth to get some network, calling UPS and Amazon to find out both packages had arrived yesterday and were signed for by the same person ("Crisman"). Only the second package was sent back! Why? This person called Crisman kept one package and threw the other one back to be returned to the sender! The young lady told me it must have been "by mistake" with a formal tone that was clearly not sincere. On one hand, I can understand they charge a fee for stuff coming from UPS. But not that much! On the other hand, I cannot understand the rejection of my very important package and this bad (borderline evil) attitude towards my situation. I was forced to delay my road trip, reorder the stuff and wait for 5 days because of the weekend.
